A Busy 4* Safari hotel with over 80 rooms and restaurant, offering various safari activities (for residents and day visitors) seeks a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sous chef, accustomed to dealing with large volumes. Do not apply unless you are open to relocation (at your own cost) and you have ALL the Essential requirements:-
- Matric and related hospitality management qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Sous chef positon in 4* hotel with over 100 rooms
- Strong buffet, banqueting and food productions skills for upto 600 pax
- Must be able to work under pressure, and deal with high volumes - breakfasts/dinners for upto 200 pax and lunches for upto 600 pax
- Team worker with Stable track record essential
- Own transport
