Intro:
Tolq is a state-of-the-art localisation platform that works with international brands like Bol.com, MediaMarkt, Porsche and many others to power their international sales and marketing. We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for identifying new leads, following up with existing ones, and helping companies in the e-commerce space succeed. About the position:
As one of our Sales Development Representatives, you will start by managing the current client portfolio. You will also assist in selling our products and services. Together with the managers of other regions, you will be responsible for identifying new leads and following up on existing leads to explain the benefits of using our platform. You can use your sales skills to support the growth process and help our projects succeed!
Your main tasks will include:

Advising customers on potential solutions and building strong relationships through excellent customer service.

Preparing email sequences and promptly responding to customer emails in a professional manner.

Identifying and contacting new leads through inbound channels, following up via email or phone.

A/B testing different approaches to optimize results and improve conversion rates.

Conducting online platform demos to showcase our products' benefits and features.

Creating and negotiating offers to close deals with potential customers.

Upselling to active customers by identifying additional value and benefits.

Skills & Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Experience in conducting online demos and closing deals of varying sizes and complexities.

Comfortable working with individuals from diverse companies across different industries and scales.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Problem-solving skills: Strong ability to identify and address customer pain points and provide effective solutions.

Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms and tools.

Time management skills: Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritize to meet targets and deadlines.

Positive attitude: Ability to work well as part of a team, adapt to changes, and perform under pressure. A driven and enthusiastic personality with a sense of humor is highly valued.
