We are on the lookout for an energetic and motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant/Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in digital marketing and sales. The perfect candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a quick learning ability, and a strong drive to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting prospecting, list building, list maintenance, and data scraping
- Personalizing email lists, performing cold emailing, and making cold calls
- Setting appointments; experience in telesales is a plus
- Having a basic understanding of Google and Facebook advertising platforms
- Creating social media posts using Canva
- Producing content for social media and email campaigns with AI tools like ChatGPT
- Planning and scheduling content across various social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing and sales
- Proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of WordPress
- Competence in using Canva
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with and active use of major social media platforms
- Proven experience with ChatGPT
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and well-organized
- Creative and adept at problem-solving
