Currently we are searching for an Admin Assistant for Johannesburg, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
- Collect and process data efficiently.
- Obtain quotations from approved suppliers and manage procurement processes.
Place orders, track deliveries, and liaise with suppliers as necessary.
- Manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels – both quantity and quality thereof.
- Ensure efficient management of administrative activities to optimize resource utilization, productivity, and profitability.
- Maintain accurate records in both hard copy and digital formats.
- Facilitate professional communication between suppliers and clients.
- Oversee human resource matters, including salary calculations and personnel record-keeping.
Requirements of this Post:
- Three years experience in the administration field.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
