LimParts Middelburg is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial truck and bus parts sales.
* Previous management experience is essential.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Able to lead and manage the sales team as well as all branch staff.
* Computer literate.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Willing to work standby and weekends when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve and grow personal sales targets while expanding your customer base.
* Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed their sales targets while growing their customer base.
* Manage all general branch staff and drivers.
* Oversee and control branch stock levels and stock holding.
* Ensure the branch operates efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
