We’re Hiring: Store Manager
We’re looking for a strong, hands-on Store Manager to lead one of our retail stores and drive performance, service excellence, and team growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
- Drive sales targets, KPIs, and store profitability
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Handle stock control, merchandising, and displays
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and discipline
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager (retail experience essential)
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure
- Furniture or homeware retail experience (advantage)
Job Type: Temp to perm
Pay: R7 500,00 - R12 000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
