Job Title: Company Process Systems Implementation Specialist
Location: Centurion, Gauteng (Travel Required)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Summary:
RCPM (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly driven and analytical Company Process Systems Implementation Specialist to lead the design, implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of business processes across the organisation.
The successful candidate will work closely with Executive Management and Heads of Department to standardise operations, implement management systems, improve efficiencies, and ensure compliance with ISO standards, legislative requirements, and company governance.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems from the ground up and transforming business operations through process excellence.
Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, Information Systems, Quality Management, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in business process improvement, systems implementation, project management, or operational excellence.
· Proven experience implementing organisational processes across multiple departments.
· Strong understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
· Experience with ERP systems and workflow management platforms.
· Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio (or equivalent process mapping software).
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Key Responsibilities
· Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
· Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, workflows, and process maps.
· Lead implementation of company management systems across all departments.
· Develop and maintain departmental process manuals.
· Drive ISO 9001 Quality Management System implementation and continual improvement.
· Coordinate implementation of digital systems, ERP solutions, document control systems, and workflow automation.
· Facilitate change management initiatives and support user adoption.
· Conduct process audits and identify operational risks and improvement actions.
· Train employees on new business processes and company systems.
· Ensure compliance with South African legislative requirements and company governance standards.
· Prepare implementation reports and executive presentations for management.
Advantageous Qualifications
· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
· ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification.
