Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Individual and Group/Block Reservations
- INFOR Group/Block Reservations experience – ESSENTIAL
- Grade 12 / Std 10
- Front Office NQ Level 2 or relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Experience with group contracts and invoices
- Understanding of Revenue Control & Yield Management
- Strong administration and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work shifts and occasional overtime
