PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To coordinate all administrative tasks pertaining to the Brands selection and expansion plan for PEP AFRICA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Populate the inflow plan detail of signed-off products
- Calculate shipping windows and ITB dates
- Act as the representative of Brands for all communication
- Supplier coordination, communication, compliance and reporting
- Creates selling Prices for Buy plan and coordinate sign-off of selling prices
- Follow through on stock to stores
- Product Performance analyses and reporting
- Sales performance and tracking against budget reporting.
- Manage all samples and sample room
- Coordinate Marketing and VM activities
- Ad hoc duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Matric (fashion qualification will be advantageous)
- 3 + years’ experience buying administrator or in a similar role
- Distribution Centre knowledge and/or Retail experience will be an advantage
- Supplier communications experience required ideal
- Good command of English language (especially written communication)
- Computer literacy: Intermediate (Google workspace)
- South African Citizen
