Call Centre Sales Learnership
The Call Centre Sales Learner will participate in a structured learnership programme that combines accredited theoretical training with practical workplace experience in a call centre sales environment. Learners will develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to become successful outbound sales consultants while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend all scheduled classroom training sessions and practical workplace learning.
- Learn and apply effective outbound sales techniques.
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and sell company products and services professionally.
- Build rapport with customers and identify their needs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Capture accurate customer information on company systems.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Handle customer objections confidently and professionally.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Participate in coaching, role plays, assessments, and performance reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude at all times.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- South African ID.
- Age 20–30 years
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Willingness to learn and develop a career in sales.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Clear criminal record
