PPO Serve is looking for a bright, enthusiastic “numbers person” to join their Analytics & Economics team. PPO Serve is growing rapidly, and needs a person to design new reports, improve existing reports, be involved in report automation, perform ad hoc analysis, and answer data related queries. This role is suited to someone who wants to use their analytical skills to do sophisticated and intellectually stimulating work in the healthcare sector.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
· Experience/keen interest in the healthcare sector
· A degree with economics and maths/stats courses
· Advanced excel user
· Some experience with coding in SQL or python
· Some experience with data visualisation tools
· Strong communication skills including report writing and verbal communication
· Ability to extract meaningful insights from data with a high degree of integrity
· Ability to work independently whilst being a team player
Duties will include:
· Designing routine reports for internal customers – both operational and strategic
· Engaging with key stakeholders in the company whilst in the R&D phase of report design
· Engaging with the relevant IT staff members when gathering the data and working towards automating the report
· Redesigning existing reports in our quest to automate reports
· Being involved in ad hoc and special projects to answer relevant business questions
· Answering data related queries
