A premium marble and quartzite fabrication company working on high-end residential and commercial projects across the Western Cape, is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented person to join their team and grow with the business.
You will be responsible for:
Interpret architectural and kitchen plans
Quantity take-offs and estimating
Project coordination
The commercial side of the construction industry
Experience in project scoping, site management, management of variation orders, subcontractor management, budget management, programme management
Technical sales
Qualifications:
Grade 12
Tertiary qualification will be adv
Minimum of 3 – 4 years’ experience in an estimating role working for reputable building contractors
Experience in drafting, estimating, construction, architecture, interior design, kitchen design, engineering, or quantity surveying would be an advantage but is not essential.
