Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone

Answering or referring inquiries

Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories

Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks

The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, flow of correspondence, as well as additional clerical duties.
Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Outlook

Basic Computer Literacy

Organization skills

Matric is a minimum requirement

Valid RSA ID

The successful candidate must have a good command of the English language, must maintain a good company image & have an outgoing personality.
