Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Industrial Psychology or Psychometrics.
- Current HPCSA registration as an Independent Practice Psychometrist or Psychologist.
- Minimum 5 years' experience conducting psychometric assessments.
- Experience in competency-based assessments.
- Experience within government or public entities will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychometric assessments.
- Prepare assessment reports.
- Interpret assessment results.
- Provide recommendations to interview panels.
- Ensure ethical administration of assessments.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
Pay: R9 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
