You will be responsible for the POD function. This includes ensuring that information is correct and liaising with relevant parties on discrepancies. You will need to liaise with Logistics Service Providers on KPIs and inconsistencies with deliveries. You will also be required to capture information and do related administration.
Duties include:
- Check information and capture POD’s.
- Managing key performance indicators (KPI’s).
- Investigate failed deliveries.
- Monitor and update good issue status.
- Liaise with clients and logistics service providers.
