Supporting the calculation and validation of total cost to company, ensuring accuracy across all placements.
Tracking contractor lifecycle processes, including start dates, extensions, and contract renewals.
Identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery.
Checking in with placed candidates post-start to ensure a positive experience and supporting the collection of testimonials where relevant.
Supporting the wider Johannesburg office with operational needs when required.
Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process from an operational and delivery perspective across the contingent and research teams.
Coordinating interviews between candidates, clients, and consultants with speed and accuracy.
Managing CV formatting using AI-enabled tools, ensuring high-quality, consistent outputs.
Coordinating background checks and ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up to date.
Creating, posting, and quality controlling job adverts.
Attending client briefings to understand requirements and support delivery across roles.
Managing and maintaining data integrity across our CRM and ATS systems, ensuring all activity is accurately tracked.
Handling inbound calls, inboxes, and general enquiries, acting as a key communication point for the team.
Liaising closely with the central operations team to ensure all placement details are accurate, start dates are confirmed, and invoices are raised correctly.
Acting as a bridge between consultants and operations, ensuring a smooth transition from placement to onboarding and ongoing contractor management.
Previous experience within a recruitment agency environment.
Tech recruitment experience would be advantageous, although it is not a mandatory requirement
Exposure to contingent or contract recruitment preferred.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Confident communicator with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Strong systems capability with CRM / ATS platforms (Vincere experience advantageous).
Commercial awareness and understanding of how recruitment delivery supports revenue.
Process-improvement mindset: you naturally spot gaps and solve problems.
Interest in technology recruitment markets such as software, data, cyber, cloud, or digital hiring is highly desirable.
Curiosity around AI and automation tools.
