Forvis Mazars Corporate Finance is looking a Corporate Finance Executive to join our dynamic, high-performing, and entrepreneurial team. As part of one of the leading Corporate Finance practices in the market, you will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients and industries, while working on complex and impactful transactions and advisory engagements. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional to develop technical expertise, build client relationships, and gain hands-on experience across a broad range of corporate finance assignments.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support client engagements and transaction processes.
- Prepare draft reports, presentations, and analyses for review by senior team members.
- Assist in the execution of a variety of Corporate Finance assignments, including:
- Business valuations
- Option valuations Financial modelling
- Financial and commercial due diligence
- Transaction advisory and support
- Conduct financial analysis, research, and data gathering to support project delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the team to ensure high-quality client service.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring all relevant parties remain informed throughout the engagement process.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Honours Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- CA(SA) qualification or completed SAICA articles will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
