A beautiful luxury Hotel with over 200 bedrooms is looking to fill the Shift Leader position, the following requirements are to be met:
- 2 year’s working experience in a 5 * environment in a similar position.

Infor / Opera knowledge and computer literate

Excellent Communication Skills (Fluent in English)

Well presented and well groomed
Key Areas of Responsibility

To ensure that all guests are checked in and out in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.

To maintain a high standard of personal service with all customers, internal and external as well as public areas
-
To assist in the managing & control of daily revenues and to report any deviations, irregularities to revenue and VAT accruals daily.

Ensuring that Front Office policies and procedures regarding front desk procedures, switchboard duties, handling incoming messages, mail, deliveries, packages etc. are strictly adhered to, and that the Front Office Staff is trained accordingly

Dealing with all guest queries regarding bookings, in house queries, payments and after departure services.

Ensuring effective communication from the reception department to all operational departments.

To assist as far as possible with the induction and training of new staff members and students.

Cover shifts when required to do so.
-
To carry out other duties that the Front Office Manager may require from time to time.
