At uluad, we work with nonprofit organizations to help scale their revenue through "paid search" acquisitions using Google Grants. We’re seeking a new team member to join our advertising management department.
We are looking for a data-driven remote worker! The Paid Search/Nonprofit Specialist will be able to create, launch, optimize, and oversee Google Ad campaigns.
Please Note: We will only reply to candidates with at least three years of Google Ads experience.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Create and optimize Google ad campaigns.
- Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment. (ROI)
- Use Google Ads to drive various online marketing objectives for nonprofits across the US.
- The ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Deep understanding of Google Ad Grants.
- The candidate must have experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- The candidate should be able to create multiple tags and triggers for specific event-tracking purposes for several accounts.
- The candidate must independently track transaction value in Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with transaction tracking variables and correcting conversion value reporting is required.
- The candidate should also have substantial experience communicating with clients regarding eCommerce value tracking, donation value tracking, and shopping cart customization as needed.
You’ll Need:
- A minimum of 3+ years of paid search experience.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Proven prior experience with managing advertising accounts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant certifications.
- Ability to work remotely.
