KEY DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
Critical Administration
Raise all Cost Estimates
Issue Billing instructions to finance automated on receipt of signed CE s and PO s
Raise all Purchase Orders aligned to approved media plan
Ensure supplier is loaded as a supplier
Sign all 3rd party supplier IO s and provide them with Purchase Orders
Conduct monthly recons against supplier invoices with campaign managers and central finance team.
Tracking and Managing client Digital Media Budgets
Answer all purchase order queries
Provide Financial Reports from the finance system currently Workbook Software. May include but not be limited to
o Unbilled CE s to chase relevant personal to get client sign off PO s to bill the CE s
o Job Reconciliation Statements
o Timesheet analysis against retainer service agreements.
Media assistance
Check that Media Plans have client signatures before issuing Purchase Orders to the campaign managers.
Hold all annual client Media Spend Trackers they need to update an excel with all spends across all channels according to Always On and Campaigns. Information is extracted from Media Plans, Purchase Orders and Invoices. This will be a client facing document that requires constant updates.

Liaising with finance, the operations team and any other relevant teams to achieve and produce deliverable
QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant work experience essential
Minimum a matric certificate Grade 12
Diploma Certificate in finance or administration is preferred
EXPERIENCE
Strong financial experience technical accounting
At least 3 years experience in a Digital Agency Advertising environment , with Media understanding
Knowledge in Paid Media
Project Management skills.
Financial understanding and proficiency relevant to agency and delivery of the duties
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTE KEY COMPETENCIES
Fully MS Office literate
Excel skill level needs
Degree or equivalent
