Job Summary
The Property Studies Intern will support the organisation's property-related programmes and initiatives by assisting with research, data collection, stakeholder engagement, and administrative functions. The intern will gain practical exposure to the property sector while contributing to projects that promote transformation and industry development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with property sector research and data collection.
- Support the implementation of property-related projects and programmes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Liaise with stakeholders and provide administrative support.
- Assist with meetings, workshops, and industry events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma or Degree in:
- Property Studies
- Real Estate
- Property Development
- Property Valuation
- Built Environment
- or a related qualification.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Good communication and organisational skills.
