PAUL Restaurant is seeking highly skilled and dynamic Salad Chefs to join our Team. We are recruiting hard working, reliable, and Skilled Salad Chefs for our Gauteng Branches in Melrose Arch, Morningside, Nicolway, Polofields, Neighbourhoods & Alberton.
Responsibilities of Salad Chefs include:

Preparing and Cooking food according to recipes, quality, set PAUL Standards

Prepare Cold Foods, Ingredients for Cooking, Including Portioning, Chopping and Storing Food.

Wash and peel fresh fruits and Vegetables
-
Weigh, Measure and Mix Ingredients
-
Monitor Food Quality while preparing
-
Set Up and Break Down Workstation
-
Serve meals in proper portions as per the PAUL Standards
-
Wash and Disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives and equipment.

Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food.

Follow all company Safety and Security Policies & Procedures
-
Always Adhere to Brand Standards for Uniform Appearance and Personal grooming

Complete Duties on Opening and Closing Prep and Checklists
-
Understands and complies consistently with Standard Portions Sizes, Cooking Methods, Quality Standards and Kitchen Rules, Policies and Procedures

Report Maintenance needs, accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager
-
Maintain a Clean and Sanitary Workstation including tables, shelves and Kitchen refrigeration equipment.

Closes the Kitchen properly, following the closing checklist for kitchen and assist others in closing the kitchen.

Informs management immediately of product shortages.
