Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (Compulsory)
- Minimum 1 year telemarketing or sales experience
- Experience in a financial institution (Advantageous)
- Fluent in English and/or Afrikaans
- Additional South African languages (Advantageous)
- Computer literate (Compulsory)
Remuneration Structure
- Target-driven Basic Salary: R5 000 – R7 000
- Basic salary is linked to monthly performance targets and adjusted on a sliding scale according to target achievement.
