Responsibilities: Strategic Business Partnership:
- Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and translate these into effective people strategies.
- Provide strategic HR consultation on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
- Support leaders in creating and maintaining a culture that attracts, engages, develops, and retains high-performing talent.
- Drive the implementation of HR programs and initiatives aligned to business and organizational objectives.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
- Partner with leadership teams to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support the resolution of complex employee issues through sound judgement and effective stakeholder management.
- Lead and support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Compliance:
- Monitor workforce trends and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to applicable labour legislation, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits through accurate documentation and record management.
- Maintain compliance with HR governance standards and reporting requirements.
HR Operations and Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR Centres of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, HR Shared Services, and Compliance teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience for new hires.
- Provide oversight and support on HR projects and transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing HR service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications: Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology
- 5-10 years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably within an HR Business Partnering environment.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders and managing key stakeholder relationships.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations, talent management, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
