About the Role:

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager is responsible to manage the daily operation of the housekeeping department together with the Housekeeping Manager.

You will assist in leading, coaching, training all team member ensuring a smooth and up to standard operation.

Someone who is honest and reliable, who master their craft by delivering service with passion, and who strive to celebrate others' individuality.

Have an eye for detail and is organized.

Experience at a similar level at 5-star or full-service hotels and a good understanding of the business.

Be able to lead, manage and delegate to ensure standards are kept.

You should have strong organizational and administrative skills and the ability to take initiative.
