PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To implement the PEP People Support strategy in the defined region, through the effective management of the people support function.

? Operational support to line management
SKILLS REQUIRED

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
? Grade 12 with a relevant Honours degree within the HR Discipline
? At least 5 years’ experience within a generalist HR Role
? Retail knowledge and experience will be an advantage
? Computer Literate (G. Suite)
? Valid Code 8 manual drivers license and willingness to undertake extensive traveling
