Acting as first point of contact (dealing with correspondence, queries, phone calls)

Facilitating bookings and guest liaison

Preparing proposals and invoicing, managing payments, deposits, breakage deposits, processing refunds – all payment reconciliations

Controlling and obtaining guest check in documents prior to arrival, completed guest information forms and signed guest manuals

Managing and maintaining booking calendars on Hostaway and Nightsbridge

Assisting with adding photos and guest reviews to property websites
