REQUIREMENTS
The Requirements Checklist:
- 2–3 years of experience as an Outbound Sales or Hot-Lead Conversion Team Lead in a South African contact centre.
- Non-negotiable, hands-on experience configuring and managing ViciDial.
- Practical understanding of POPIA compliance and TCF outcomes within a sales floor context.
- A proven track record of hitting sales targets while maintaining excellent QA/Compliance scores.
