Position: Fragrance Consultant
Location: CapeGate Shopping Centre and Tyger Valley Shopping Centre
Start Date: As soon as possible
Requirements:
- Must live fairly close to CapeGate or Tyger Valley Centre
- Must attach a recent headshot picture of yourself with your application
- Previous retail experience (fragrance or cosmetics experience is an advantage)
- Well-groomed and presentable at all times
- Friendly, confident, and well-spoken
- Passion for perfumes and customer service
- Target-driven and motivated to reach sales goals
- Able to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)
- Honest, reliable, and punctual
- Hours alternating weekly 9 to 5 and 12 to 8 - every second weekend off. One day off in the week for working on a Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting fragrances
- Provide excellent customer service
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products
- Keep the store clean and well merchandised
- Manage stock and report shortages
- Build strong customer relationships
- Promote new arrivals and special offers
