We are a growing company operating in the agricultural import and distribution sector. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Administrator to join our team. This role combines financial administration with operational support and requires a person who is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Administration
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Process non-stock purchase orders
- Assist with general financial administration
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
- Assist with month-end preparation where required
Sales Administration
- Process and maintain sales orders and related documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding orders and administrative queries
- Assist the sales team with administrative support
Operations & Logistics Support
- Assist with basic logistics coordination
- Communicate with logistics partners regarding deliveries and documentation
- Support the operations team with administrative tasks related to shipments and stock movements
Requirements
- Relevant administration, finance, or bookkeeping experience
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with ERP systems will be advantageous
- Good communication skills
