Ability to work under busy & high volumes circumstances
Culinary qualification or equivalent in experience
Own transport or live in surrounding areas of Stellenbosch
Knowledge of HACCP, stock control, wastage & stock takes
Willing to work flexible working hours & weekends
Culinary Qualification or equivalent in work experience
