Job Summary:
The Financial Wellbeing Officer is responsible for engaging prospective clients telephonically, assessing their financial situation using credit information, and providing clear, supportive financial wellbeing guidance. The role includes processing debt restructuring applications and offering value‑added financial education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads and make outbound telesales calls
- Perform financial wellbeing assessments and complete debt review applications
- Provide excellent customer service to generate referrals
- Consistently archive and exceed monthly sales targets
- Handle general administrative tasks and ad‑hoc duties as required
Key Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12); post‑matric qualifications are advantageous
- Previous sales experience, preferably in Financial Services
- Computer literacy, including MS Office and basic admin systems
- Fluent in at least two South African languages
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written) is advantageous
- Strong communication and client engagement skills
