About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our growing team. This is a delivery-focused role where you’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing top talent for UK-based clients across a range of white-collar industries.

You’ll work closely with senior consultants and account managers to deliver high-quality candidate shortlists and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for UK-based roles
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines across white-collar sectors
- Managing the candidate journey from initial outreach through to placement
- Conducting competency-based interviews and candidate assessments
- Working closely with the sales team to understand client requirements
- Delivering high-quality candidate shortlists within agreed timeframes
- Maintaining accurate records on CRM/ATS systems
- Building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive experience
What We’re Looking For
- Completed degree (non-negotiable)
- Strong interest in building a career in recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Resilient and comfortable working towards targets
- Previous recruitment is essential
