Job Summary:
The Junior Restaurant Manager assists in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience that aligns with [Confluence's high standards. This role supports team management, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction, focusing on delivering quality service, managing front- and back-of-house activities, and supporting financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience

Greet and interact with guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service.

Handle customer complaints or concerns, resolving them to enhance guest satisfaction.

Ensure a positive dining experience with a focus on quality, efficiency, and atmosphere.
Team Management

Support the recruitment, training, and development of staff.

Assist in scheduling staff to optimize service and control labor costs.

Provide coaching and feedback to maintain high performance and positive morale.
Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Ensure all restaurant areas are clean, well-maintained, and operational.

Monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary to meet business demands.
Financial Management

Support the tracking of daily and weekly revenue, costs, and expenses.

Assist in controlling food and beverage costs and reducing waste.

Participate in budgeting and forecasting as directed by the General Manager.
Compliance and Standards

Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Ensure staff compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and sanitation requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.

Preferred Qualifications:
