DG Ventures is building a global travel sales operation across Ireland, Scotland, Europe and international destinations.
We are looking for a commercially driven Global Travel Product & Conversions Manager to help maximize sales opportunities across our travel brands.
Your role is simple:
Ensure every customer enquiry has a solution.
You will work with travel suppliers, partners, operations teams, and sales teams to build destination options and help increase booking conversions.
If a customer wants a destination that we don't currently operate, you will find the right alternative and help the sales team close the booking.
This is a commercial and operational role focused on increasing revenue and improving conversion rates.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Build relationships with travel suppliers and partners
- Source new travel products and destinations
- Support sales teams with destination alternatives
- Coordinate itinerary creation and package pricing
- Improve enquiry turnaround times
- Build systems and processes that improve conversions
- Track supplier performance and conversion rates
- Help expand our global travel offering
What We're Looking For
- Travel industry experience preferred
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Commercial mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Experience in travel operations, product management, or supplier management is advantageous

- Based in Cape Town or surrounding areas
- Ability to work UK / Irish business hours
- Own laptop and equipment
