We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Assistant to support warehouse operations, inventory management, and IT asset management activities. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years’ experience in a warehouse, stores, inventory, or IT asset management environment, with strong administrative, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
What you'll do:

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a warehouse, stores, inventory, or IT asset management environment.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Strong administrative and record-keeping abilities.

Ability to follow documented processes and SOPs without deviation.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective written and verbal communication.

Time management and ability to prioritize workload.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Good organizational and planning skills.

Basic understanding of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, docking stations, etc.).

SAP and ServiceNow experience will be beneficial.

Previous warehouse experience is essential.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
