Salary – R25,000-R30,000

Cranleigh Personnel is a leading recruitment agency for the wealth planning sector and has a proven track record of supplying permanent staff to financial advisory firms in England.
We are now looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to work remotely.
All the clients and jobs will be provided to you – and you will then be tasked with providing CVs and interviews for the Recruiter you will be working with (who is based in the UK). We have an extensive candidate database with about 65% first connections – so you will searching through our database, on job board databases and responding to adverts quickly in order to secure candidates for the jobs.
We work purely in the wealth planning sector, so experience of this sector is highly desirable. Within this sector we deal with 3 x different job titles – so you can appreciate how niche we are!!
As you will be working remotely – you do need to have a good level of experience and a proven track record resourcing – so please only apply if this is the case, as we won’t be able to accommodate a Trainee.
Together with our extensive database – all our systems are cloud based so can be assessed from anywhere.
