Piloane Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd is looking for a highly organised, intelligent, confident, and proactive Administrator to join our team.
We are looking for someone who communicates well, follows through on tasks, handles confidential information professionally, and can support a growing professional services business with day-to-day administration and basic finance administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and office support to the business
- Manage documents, records, filing, trackers, and office administration
- Draft and format emails, letters, minutes, reports, and other documents
- Coordinate meetings, diaries, follow-ups, reminders, and action items
- Provide administrative assistance with supplier procurement processes and stakeholder engagement
- Support HR and finance administration, including payroll information, invoices, statements, payment packs, and supplier documentation
- Work with accounting systems and administrative platforms as required
- Handle company, client, staff, supplier, and financial information confidentially
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 / Matric
- Administration-related qualification advantageous
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with accounting systems
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Proactive, self-driven, and accountable approach
- Confidence, professionalism, and ability to work well in a team
