PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO MANAGEMENT

Revolution Shopfitters, a well-established custom joinery and shop-fitting company, is seeking a professional and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing communications, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of executive activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen telephone calls professionally.
- Manage the diary and schedule appointments.
- Arrange meetings and prepare meeting documentation where required.
- Monitor and manage email correspondence.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and staff.
- Draft letters, emails, and other business correspondence.
- Assist with travel arrangements and bookings when required.
- Follow up on outstanding actions and commitments.
- Perform general personal assistant duties.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Professional telephone manner and presentation.
