Nova Life is a vibrant sales company looking for an outstanding individual to fill this vital role within our team. This full-time position combines the role of running a lively reception, with various administrative duties at our Roodepoort branch.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Maintain workplace safety measures.
- Procure office supplies as needed.
- Work closely with cleaners to ensure a smooth-running office environment.
- Ensure the office coffee stations are consistently stocked and well-maintained.
- Work closely with the Recruitment team and Management.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Completed degree in any field is recommended.
- Completed senior certificate.
- Completed 3-year degree or diploma in any field.
- Computer literate in Word and Excel.
- Exceptional professionalism in all aspects, telephone manner, email etiquette, receiving of guests.
- Must have own transport and valid driver's license.
