Job Overview
As our Meza, you'll maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the front and back of house areas. Your role is crucial in upholding our company standards and ensuring a pleasant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Cleaning and Maintenance:
· Thoroughly clean all areas, including floors, walls, windows, and equipment
· Maintain cleanliness of the wash-up area, waste disposal areas, and ablution facilities
· Manage and organise cleaning chemicals safely
· Clean and maintain equipment such as dishwashers, ice machines, and beverage stations
Stock Management:
· Ensure adequate supply of cutlery, crockery, glassware, and packaging
· Maintain and organise condiment stations, newspaper/magazine areas, and ice water stations
· Keep retail food and drinks fridges well-stocked
Beverage Preparation:
· Prepare basic drinks, including blended ice beverages and freshly squeezed fruit juices
· Serve bottled beverages as needed
Quality Control:
· Complete opening, closing, and deep cleaning checklists
· Adhere to company standards and procedures in all tasks
Qualifications and Skills
· Good command of English, both spoken and written
· Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and customers
· Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
· Willing to work long hours when necessary
· Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene
· Understanding of basic customer service and hospitality principles
· Able to work independently and excel as part of a team
