Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate planned and breakdown maintenance during shift Ensure rapid response to equipment failures to minimise downtime Allocate work to artisans and monitor quality of outputs Lead and coach shift engineering teams, ensuring performance standards are met Drive continuous improvement and participate in root cause analysis Maintain safety, legal, and environmental compliance standards Manage shifts handovers and communicate plant status effectively with production Cost control (overtime and contractors)
- Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ technical/maintenance experience in plant engineering
- At least 2–3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment
