Qualified Branch Manager to oversee all branch manager functions within the branch. The ideal candidate needs to take the ownership of all branch activities, lead a profitable, and sustainable business unit which contributes to all overall success of the organization.
Ideal candidates would have a solid experience running a store and would have had exposure to managing profit and growth targets within the retail environment. The role is responsible to communicate and drive daily operations of branch and ensure its alignment to company goals. The role would drive all people related issues, customers service, sale, stock and credit management within the branch
The successful candidate must be able to manage, lead, motivate, develop and manpower branch employees - thereby retaining a stable team who can deliver business goals. Driving sales targets and managing operational efficiencies in order to maintain a healthy, profitable business is essential.
