Fluent Dutch speaker required. This is a must, not a nice-to-have.

What will you do?
- Managing calendars, scheduling, and travel logistics end-to-end
- Handling inbox triage, correspondence drafting, and follow-ups
- Researching, summarising, and presenting options — not just raw information
- Tracking deadlines, tasks, and commitments across multiple workstreams
- Coordinating with third parties such as suppliers, clients, and service providers
- Picking up ad hoc personal and professional tasks as they arise
Who are you?
- Fluent in Dutch, written and spoken (essential)
- Comfortable with ambiguity — you make a call when there's no playbook
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft 365, project management tools, and communication platforms
- Discretion with sensitive information is a baseline for you, not a selling point
- Proactive by default — you flag problems before they become fires
