The Production Supervisors will be responsible supervising and monitoring the day-to-day activities of a production line
Supervising the production line team.
Responsible for the production process flow.
Responsible for Safety, Health, Risk and Quality Compliance.
Administration and Reporting
Minimum appropriate qualification e.g. Grade 12/Equivalent NQF 4 Qualification/Applicable RPL (Recognized Prior Learning).
Relevant experience preferably in a Food Processing/Production Plant and or FMCG Production environment will be required.
Expected to have good Inter-personal communication and leadership skills.
Be willing to work shifts and flexible hours of work.
Expected to be literate and computer literate (basics).
Sound decision making skills.
Assertiveness and self-confidence.
A result driven self-starter.
Ability to work under pressure.
