We Are Looking For:
A skilled, passionate, and professional Hairstylist who thrives in a team environment, stays current with trends, and delivers exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles, cuts, and treatments
- Perform hair cutting, styling, coloring, treatments, and blow-drying to a high standard
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and salon area per health & safety standards
- Manage bookings, client records, and product recommendations to drive retail sales
- Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and professionalism
- Assist with opening/closing duties and general salon upkeep as required.
Requirements:
- Qualified Hairstylist with relevant certification or trade test
- 2+ years' salon experience preferred
- Strong skills in cutting, styling, and coloring techniques
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Neat, professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
