Job Description
Key Outputs:

Creative planning and designing of guest itineraries according to their budget, including out-of-the-box leisure FIT tailor-made itineraries.

Managing the reservations process from quote to finalization, including invoicing and travel documents.
-
Consistent and clear communication with agents, sales teams, preferred supplier partners, and colleagues.
-
Performing emergency duty on a rotational basis as per the DMC Emergency BOP.
-
Working early and late shifts on a weekly rotational basis.
-
Maintaining a calm and professional manner while servicing agents and guests.
-
Proactively selling products and services to ensure the best possible safari experience for guests.
-
Demonstrating an independent, curious, and "can-do" nature.
Knowledge Required:

A passion for delivering service excellence.

In-depth knowledge of Tourplan is advantageous.

Good knowledge of South Africa, Southern, and East Africa is preferable.

Willingness and aptitude to learn.
