Finance Administrator – Central Finance

Job Purpose
To perform a variety of Financial functions within the Central Finance – Transaction Management team.
Key Outputs may include but are not limited to:
- Processing of adjustment transactions on the Paradigm/CRS system.
- Processing of allocations on the Paradigm system
- Processing of MSA related adjustments and payments to other medical schemes.
- Processing of inter account transfers
- Processing of workflow changes on Sage system
- QA and posting of transactions on the Sage system.
- Performing bank account verifications.
- QA and activations of Sage providers
- Informing members of amounts due to them
- Assisting with unallocated funds on bank statements
Personal Details
1 year working experience in an operational environment dealing with financial transactions.
Experience in some of the operational systems: Paradigm, CRS, Sage, Runa etc.
Preferred (would be advantageous)
Education / Qualifications / Accreditations with Professional Body
Studying towards a B Com or similar financial qualification
Preferred (would be advantageous)
Completed financial qualification
Technical Skills or Knowledge
