A 4* luxury property in the V&A Waterfront with banqueting facilities accomodating up to 300 pax in 3 venues requires the following specific requirements in a candidate :-

Matric and hospitality qualification (copies of this documentation will be required)

Management experience in hotel food and beverage and banquet operations in 4/5* operations

Well presented and well spoken

Must have minimum 4 years as a co-ordinator in 4* luxury property

Good people skills and be able to communicate effectively

Must be able to work and adapt in an existing team

Drivers licence / own transport
