The BIG is on the lookout for a new Front Of House position!

Duties would range from, but are not limited to :
- Working directly with guests from all over the world.
- Reservations, responding to emails, enquiries and telephone etiquette
- Working on our PMS system to capture these reservations.
- Cash control/managing of cash flow
- Planning and arranging both set and spontaneous activities for our in-house guests
- Collection of payments, either via card or cash.
- Interacting with guests on a personal level to build lasting memories/relationships
- Welcoming guests with a friendly and happy demeanor, when checking them in
- Coordination between housekeeping and other departments
- Handling and managing guest complaints
- Maintaining accurate records of guest information as well as supplier details
- Be willing to work flexible shifts
- Providing updates to management where needed
